HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Provide strategic HR guidance to leaders and managers across the Europe East business region.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and career development.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational change, talent development, and employee experience initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Improve and digitize HR processes using Workday, automation, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Monitor HR KPIs and workforce metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience advising managers throughout the employee lifecycle and influencing leaders at different levels.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding, performance management, talent development, and compensation cycles.
• Data-driven approach and proficiency with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Solid knowledge of Polish labor law.
• Fluent Polish and English required.
