HR Business Partner/HR Generalist

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office-based environment with occasional work from home for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Advise managers and employees on policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and facilitating terminations with management.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to support information reporting and management decision-making.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments.
• Develop and deliver employee and management training.
• Partner with managers and employees across Poland and potentially neighboring countries as responsibilities expand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist, Employee Relations specialist, or HR Business Partner.
• Working knowledge of Polish employment law and HR practices.
• Fluent Polish.
• Strong professional proficiency in English.
