HR Business Partner

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office-based with some work-from-home flexibility

What you will do

• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including facilitating terminations with management.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support management decision-making.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment goals and strategies.
• Develop and deliver training for employees and managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR generalist, employee relations, or HR Business Partner roles.
• Working knowledge of Polish employment law and HR practices.
• Fluent Polish and strong professional English proficiency required.
• Ability to work from the Warsaw office, with work-from-home flexibility available for eligible positions after training.
