Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Hybrid role based in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, or Romania).

What you will do

• Act as a senior strategic advisor to function heads on talent planning, organizational design, and workforce transformation.
• Lead talent and performance calibration processes, including facilitating Career Development Committee (CDC) discussions.
• Design and implement strategic HR initiatives to embed a strong performance culture across all Business Service Team functions.
• Manage career development actions, including promotions, development plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain talent dashboards and tracking tools to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams including Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Compensation & Benefits.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in people or talent management roles, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience driving transformation in complex, international, and matrixed environments.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required; German language skills are a plus.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for senior-level presentations and Excel for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience facilitating talent reviews, calibrations, or high-potential programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
