TL;DR
Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP): Driving talent development and performance culture across Business Service Team functions with an accent on strategic advisory, organizational design, and performance calibration. Location: Hybrid role based in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, or Romania).

What you will do
- Act as a senior strategic advisor to function heads on talent planning, organizational design, and workforce transformation.
- Lead talent and performance calibration processes, including facilitating Career Development Committee (CDC) discussions.
- Design and implement strategic HR initiatives to embed a strong performance culture across all Business Service Team functions.
- Manage career development actions, including promotions, development plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain talent dashboards and tracking tools to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams including Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Compensation & Benefits.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in people or talent management roles, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven experience driving transformation in complex, international, and matrixed environments.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required; German language skills are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for senior-level presentations and Excel for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience facilitating talent reviews, calibrations, or high-potential programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
