Senior Specialist Performance Management - Corporate CoE Talent Management

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage the global Performance Management approach, including concepts, methods, and processes.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Performance Management questions and provide guidance throughout the annual performance cycle.
• Facilitate Performance and Development Dialogues and Calibration Conferences for different employee groups, including executives.
• Consult executives and HR Business Partners on process and system-related questions.
• Lead training sessions and moderate workshops for global target groups.
• Create communication materials, presentation templates, reports, and KPI dashboards for process steering and success tracking.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Psychology with a focus on Human Resources Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Management within global large-scale organizations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing Performance Management processes and tools.
• Proven experience steering global HR projects, supported by strong analytical, methodological, and conceptual skills.
• Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, plus experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals or a similar system.
• Proficient business English and strong communication skills for working with international stakeholders.
