Senior Analyst/Manager, Strategic Finance GTM

Location: New York, NY (SoHo Office); relocation to New York is required. Hybrid work with 2–3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Partner with Go-To-Market leadership on financial analysis, forecasting, and planning.
• Develop financial models and planning frameworks supporting GTM initiatives and business-model evolution.
• Build and track KPIs covering growth drivers, unit economics, and business performance.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and operational priorities with cross-functional leaders.
• Own monthly and quarterly management reporting, financial performance reviews, and ad-hoc business analysis.
• Identify business risks and growth opportunities through data-driven modeling.

Requirements

• Must relocate to New York and work from the SoHo office 2–3 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance at a high-growth technology company.
• Direct experience supporting GTM organizations across SaaS/subscription, consumption, and hardware revenue models.
• Expertise in financial modeling with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong executive presence and ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or Anaplan.
