Senior Manager, Strategic Finance

Location: Hybrid position requiring in-office work at the New York City, NY office and remote work.

Salary: $180,600–$206,500 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead the strategic planning, annual operating plan, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and business review cycles.
• Build and maintain a rolling five-year financial model, harmonizing inputs across the business and pressure-testing strategic scenarios.
• Prepare leadership-ready financial reporting and narratives that support planning and key business decisions.
• Partner with the Business organization and cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial decision-making support.
• Establish financial criteria for prioritizing capital expenditure, operating expenditure, and headcount investments.
• Use AI and other tools to improve and automate FP&A processes, systems, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, STEM, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive finance experience, including strategic finance or FP&A experience at high-growth companies or in financial services.
• Expertise building and managing complex, interconnected three-statement financial models.
• Strong understanding of operational and financial value drivers and working knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Ability to serve as a primary financial partner to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with regular in-office presence in New York City, NY.
