Performance Marketing Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Own regional forecasting across revenue, spend, and cost of sale.
• Lead in-month reforecasting based on actual performance and identify risks and opportunities early.
• Analyse performance across channels and categories, recommending budget shifts and trade-offs.
• Manage performance views for priority categories, product launches, and always-on activity.
• Collaborate with Activation on campaign planning and with Ecommerce on trading metrics and execution.
• Provide concise regional performance updates and support senior stakeholders with clear recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience managing regional performance outcomes, forecasts, budgets, and spend.
• Ability to analyse channel and category performance and identify inefficiencies or over-dependence.
• Experience with in-month optimisation, reforecasting, and launch performance reviews.
• Ability to translate global investment strategy into realistic regional plans.
• Strong communication skills for presenting performance narratives and escalating risks with context and options.
