Retail Media Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Develop and implement retail media and partnership marketing strategies across digital platforms for a portfolio of brands.
• Manage end-to-end onsite tenancy media campaigns across creative, display, email CRM, organic social, and content.
• Oversee offsite and third-party media deliverables, including sponsored product, programmatic, and paid media campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns against ROAS, CTR, conversions, traffic, new-to-brand, and returning-to-brand KPIs.
• Secure brand portfolio income and manage campaign budgets in line with category and department targets.
• Analyze campaign performance using attribution tools and dashboards, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in retail media or digital advertising, with 5 years in a related role.
• Strong understanding of onsite and offsite retail media and multibrand ecommerce infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, data-driven, and commercial decision-making skills, including forecasting and budget management.
• Intermediate knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms such as Criteo, Liveramp, Meta, and TikTok.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, media analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
