Performance Marketing Manager (AU) (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Execute performance marketing strategies across Shark and Ninja to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Own the affiliate channel strategy and build profitable relationships with affiliate partners and networks such as AWIN.
• Develop automated customer lifecycle journeys, audience segments, and personalized communications to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Establish structured testing programs and identify innovative opportunities across performance channels.
• Track Revenue, ROAS, Cost%, retention rate, and customer lifetime value against forecasts and report performance across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
• Collaborate with paid channel specialists and internal Marketing, Commercial Finance, Design, Trading, Creative, measurement, and data teams on omnichannel performance and product launches.

Requirements

• Proven digital marketing experience, ideally in ecommerce.
• Professional experience in performance marketing and affiliate networks such as AWIN or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
• Commercial, results-driven mindset focused on acquisition, retention, and measurable outcomes.
• Confident communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize multiple deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
