Senior Product Manager (Healthcare Vertical)

Location: Remote across the United States. Employees located within 40 miles of the Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters are expected to work onsite four days per week.

Salary: $110,000–$170,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the healthcare product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success measures.
• Engage healthcare providers, IT administrators, care teams, and enterprise decision-makers to identify needs and validate use cases.
• Define and launch integrations with EHR and practice-management ecosystems using FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, and Epic App Orchard APIs.
• Partner with engineering to deliver secure, scalable SaaS workflows, APIs, integrations, provisioning, analytics, and multi-tenant administration features.
• Support enterprise sales and go-to-market teams through product demonstrations, technical content, integration guides, launch materials, and customer engagements.
• Measure adoption, customer value, business impact, and market feedback while representing the product at industry events and customer forums.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cloud, communications, or related technology environments, including at least 3 years in healthcare technology.
• Experience delivering healthcare SaaS products or integrations for EHR, CRM, patient engagement, or healthcare communications platforms.
• Strong knowledge of API design, integration architecture, authentication, data security, enterprise SaaS, and scalable platforms.
• Hands-on experience with FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, and/or Epic App Orchard APIs.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, patient communications, PHI, HIPAA, HITRUST, and related compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, CPaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS, healthcare AI, patient engagement, multi-tenant SaaS, enterprise provisioning, or API ecosystems.
• Master’s degree or Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
