Operations Supervisor

Location: Onsite in Frankfurt, Germany

Salary: €66,017.03–€87,307.53 gross annual, with potential bonuses or other variable compensation.

hirify.global provides technology-enabled grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for collectibles through brands including PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

What you will do

• Lead and develop high-performing operations teams in a multi-shift environment.
• Coach associates and team leads, clarify performance expectations, and support individual development.
• Run daily shift huddles, align teams with production targets, and monitor KPI performance.
• Enforce SOPs, documentation standards, GMP-style controls, quality checkpoints, and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and remove operational obstacles.
• Collaborate with Quality, Security, HR, and Operations teams to build scalable routines for the Frankfurt operation.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in production, light manufacturing, or a structured operational environment.
• Experience leading people in KPI-driven environments while maintaining engagement and accountability.
• Strong integrity, attention to detail, reliability, and composure under pressure.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Nice to have

• Experience in GMP-, ISO-regulated, or compliance-driven environments.
• Experience developing frontline leaders or team leads.
• Exposure to Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement principles.
• Experience launching and scaling a new grading center.
