Supervisor, Warehouse Operations (Manufacturing)

Location: Torrance, California, United States; in-office 5 days per week

Salary: $109,960–$151,200 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead warehouse teams across Divergent and Czinger facilities supporting additive manufacturing, outbound transportation, vehicle-build kitting, and warehouse operations.
• Develop execution plans and ensure service-level targets for kitting, shipping, receiving, and vendor deliveries.
• Support WMS implementation, systematic process improvements, training, and warehouse expansion planning.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, transaction history, receipts, cycle counts, and ERP reconciliation with finance and accounting.
• Improve part life-cycle and kitting processes while coordinating with purchasing and material planning.
• Determine outbound packaging requirements and prepare budget forecasts.

Requirements

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• Experience leading and inspiring large warehouse teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with inventory management, production kitting, KPIs, replenishment, and picking completion metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and team-building skills.
• Ability to work in an office five days per week, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in loud areas.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, aerospace, or scale-up manufacturing environments.
• Operational expertise with WMS platforms such as Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP.
• Familiarity with MES integration requirements, MRP/ERP systems, Jira, and Confluence.
