Staff Customer Operations Analyst (Supply Chain)

Salary: $87,375–$116,500 annual base salary

What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to understand demand outlooks and manage delivery commitment expectations.
• Oversee order management and execution for customer orders.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics teams.
• Analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and resolve day-to-day challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business, engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in customer relationship management and supply chain planning or management.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, project management, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Some positions may require U.S. citizenship, permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain an export control license or exception.
