Operations Manager (Fulfillment)

Location: DFW2 - Dallas, TX, United States; onsite distribution center role

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day fulfillment center operations across inbound flow, put-away, outbound, B2C, B2B, and returns.
• Lead and develop Area Managers, operations leads, and warehouse associates to achieve daily goals.
• Set and maintain operational KPIs covering warehouse location accuracy, dock-to-stock, outbound SLA, and personnel productivity.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, ICQA activities, SOP compliance, audit readiness, and GMP standards where required.
• Manage budgeting, payroll, operational P&L, scheduling, and staffing.
• Partner with engineering, quality, implementation, HR, safety, customer service, and operations teams to support launches and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume direct-to-consumer environment at manager level or above.
• Experience leading at least 5 salaried employees and 60 non-exempt employees.
• Experience operating a highly technical, automated operation and working in a facility of at least 200,000 square feet.
• Experience with WMS configuration and troubleshooting, advanced Excel, and relevant material handling equipment such as forklifts.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, with strong leadership, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in a distribution center environment and work overtime, including evenings, weekends, or other non-standard hours as needed.

• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Degree in engineering, operations, supply chain/logistics, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Experience with process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
