Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: New York, New York, United States; onsite

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, commission, and Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Partner with HRBPs, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruiting plans with product and company goals.
• Advise hiring managers using AI, talent-market data, industry insights, and business context.
• Source and engage passive candidates in niche markets for specialized engineering, product, and security roles.
• Balance candidate and business needs to create thoughtful hiring outcomes and a strong candidate experience.
• Share recruiting insights and best practices to improve processes and strengthen the talent brand.
• Track quality of hire, sourcing, candidate experience, time to fill, offer acceptance, and hiring metrics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience hiring for specialized engineering, product, and security positions.
• Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall/Crosschq, Gem, Metaview, Glean, Claude, and other AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Data-driven approach with strong relationship-building and stakeholder partnership skills.
• High sense of urgency, comfort navigating ambiguity, and commitment to an outstanding candidate experience.
• Ability to work onsite in New York, United States.
