What you will do

  • Build and maintain project schedules across multiple active development sites, including milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Develop cost estimates for consultant scopes, permitting fees, site studies, and interconnection activities.
  • Maintain site-level risk registers with probability and impact assessments, mitigation actions, and ownership.
  • Track consultant budgets, invoices, approved scopes of work, milestones, and spending variances.
  • Gather and analyze geotechnical, environmental, survey, and interconnection due diligence data.
  • Support regulatory submissions, site control negotiations, partner-facing deliverables, and organized project records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project controls, cost estimating, project management support, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including building cost models, schedule trackers, and risk matrices from scratch.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work with uncertain inputs, build contingencies, and communicate analytical ranges clearly.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, or construction.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of nuclear project development, regulatory processes, or energy infrastructure.
