Implementations Team Lead (Finance)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, train, and retain a team of implementation analysts and subject matter experts.
• Oversee onboarding activities for new clients and act as an escalation point for complex inquiries.
• Drive improvement initiatives across Global Delivery teams.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and handovers between Sales, Global Delivery, and Operations.
• Manage people and projects while coordinating operational teams across diverse time zones.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in accounting and knowledge of securities and financial markets.
• Experience with accounting and reporting for fixed income, structured products, and/or derivatives.
• 4+ years of experience leading and managing implementation teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Clarizen, Salesforce, InsightSquared, Paylocity, Microsoft Office, and related implementation tools.
• Experience with data migration, reporting, reconciliation, project management tools, and MS SQL or similar relational databases.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance or Accounting, with strong communication, documentation, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
