Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Mountain View, US; hybrid schedule with in-office work required 2 days per week

Salary: $229,000–$280,000 base salary annually, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own the home screen, core navigation, discovery surfaces, and end-to-end app experience.
• Shift the home screen from a static, rule-based surface to an ML-orchestrated experience that presents relevant next steps to each member.
• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, OKRs, stretch goals, and results for CoreUX, design systems, and platform initiatives.
• Lead engineers, designers, researchers, and data analysts in building and scaling shared product surfaces.
• Partner with Design to evolve and enforce the design system while improving user experience and design quality.
• Establish product metrics, conduct research and competitive analysis, and design experiments to improve activation, trust, adoption, and platform performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience at a consumer technology product company.
• Strong product and design judgment demonstrated through shipped consumer products.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions and improve metrics.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and make product decisions involving platform performance and design system architecture.
• Experience building user-centered products, fostering rapid experimentation, and aligning multiple product teams.
• Fluency with AI tools for research synthesis, specification writing, prototyping, and data analysis, with enthusiasm for building AI-enabled products.
