What you will do
- Act as an extension of the CEO and support the founding team.
- Help shape the company trajectory from day one.
- Develop, test, and operate new business models.
- Contribute across strategy, operations, and finance.
Requirements
- Technical or business background.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a high-growth startup, Tier 1 strategy consulting, PE/VC, technical university projects, or a founding project with demonstrable traction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong strategic planning and operational management skills with a proven record of delivering results.
- Proactive approach and strong execution skills.
- Interest in media and entertainment.
