Senior Product Manager (Agentic AI)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify, prioritize, prototype, and validate high-ROI agentic AI use cases for operational automation, coordination, and internal task delegation.
• Define agent experiences covering delegation, monitoring, escalation, user workflows, system interactions, prompts, safety requirements, and interfaces.
• Own the product roadmap and deliver iteratively, starting with focused use cases and scaling validated solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering on planning, memory, tool orchestration, retries, agent architecture, feasibility, and scalability.
• Partner with AI research to bring experimental capabilities into real-world applications and support complex multi-step agents.
• Define outcome-based metrics including time saved, improved accuracy, failure recovery, vertical reuse, and system generalization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or startup experience building technically complex, user-facing systems.
• Strong understanding of applied use cases in automation, operations, and real-world workflows.
• Familiarity with agentic AI patterns and tooling, including LLM agents, tool use, LangChain, OpenAI functions, and memory systems.
• Experience working closely with engineers and researchers on system-level product decisions.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in logistics, field operations, manufacturing, or systems integration.
• Background in AI/ML infrastructure, developer platforms, robotics, or IIoT.
• Experience designing human-in-the-loop or semi-autonomous systems.
• Hands-on experience prototyping workflows or agents with LangGraph or AutoGen.
