Focus on implementing AI-driven aftersales efficiencies, managing parts distribution across warehouses and retail locations, and defining KPIs for launch and vehicle lifecycle performance.

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. The role requires 4–5 days per week in the office, regular in-person meetings, and 10–20% domestic and international travel. A valid driver's license and passport are required.

Salary: $95,000–$120,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain procurement plans for service parts from vehicle launch through the full vehicle lifecycle.
  • Define service-parts volume requirements with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Set optimal stock levels and parts assortments for headquarters and retail locations.
  • Implement AI solutions to improve end-to-end aftersales parts planning efficiency.
  • Develop stock-distribution strategies for PDCs and retail locations while meeting delivery KPIs and compliance requirements.
  • Define performance indicators and document processes for capturing and managing aftersales requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in automotive aftersales, focused on parts forecasting and management.
  • Experience with demand-planning systems, scenario planning, and short- and long-term consumption forecasts.
  • Strong ERP knowledge, including product lifecycle management, EDI communication, bills of material, supply chain operations, and supplier releasing.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, product compliance, and supply chain processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Excel skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work with a global supplier base.
