Shipping and Receiving Associate (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite at the Rio Rancho, New Mexico facility; U.S. citizenship required.

What you will do

• Process, inspect, verify, label, and organize incoming shipments and packages.
• Prepare, package, label, stage, and coordinate outbound shipments with carriers.
• Route direct materials to the Inventory team and maintain accurate storage and labeling.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment throughout the facility.
• Expedite material flow to support development and production schedules.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments, quantities, purchase orders, and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations experience.
• At least 2 years of forklift or material-handling equipment experience with valid certification.
• At least 2 years of experience handling hazardous materials in shipping, receiving, transporting, or related operations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to enter and manage data accurately in digital systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, and U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to lift packages weighing 25–75 pounds throughout the shift and work overtime as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, MES, warehouse management systems, or Microsoft Office.
• Experience packaging, handling, and receiving hazardous-material shipments.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
• Active U.S. government security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
