  • Professional Engineer license in Nevada or eligibility for reciprocity; Nevada and South Carolina PE licenses must be obtained within two months of starting.
  • Advanced proficiency with transmission-level load-flow and stability studies, electromagnetic transient simulations, relay settings, relay coordination, fault studies, and power-system modeling.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with utilities, consultants, construction teams, and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing HVDC systems and converter stations.
  • Strong knowledge of SCADA and substation automation.
