Manager, After Sales (Finance)

Location: Remote within the USA with up to 10% travel to client and customer locations

Salary: $125,000–$171,600 annually, plus benefits

What you will do

• Lead and mature the after-sales finance function supporting service operations, warranty activities, operational costing, forecasting, reporting, and financial governance.
• Develop scalable processes, governance frameworks, operational tracking methods, metrics, reporting, and dashboards for service and warranty operations.
• Partner with Service Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, customer-facing teams, and leadership to improve operational performance and customer experience.
• Analyze operational challenges, identify root causes, and lead cross-functional problem-solving and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, operational analytics, and business planning for after-sales operations.
• Present operational recommendations, performance updates, and business insights to senior and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in service operations, warranty management, aftermarket operations, customer support operations, manufacturing operations, operational finance, or related environments.
• Experience implementing scalable business processes, operational governance frameworks, and performance management systems.
• Proven project management experience with complex cross-functional initiatives and organizational change.
• Strong operational problem-solving, analytical, business planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive and/or fly to client and customer locations.
