Senior Business Process Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: San Jose, United States. Limited travel to sites in Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand is required.

What you will do

• Lead the design, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement of processes across NPI, order-to-cash, supply and demand planning, manufacturing execution, and post-sale support.
• Conduct process discovery using interviews, observation, and data analysis; identify root causes of waste, delays, and quality degradation.
• Define automation opportunities involving RPA, workflow orchestration, API integrations, and AI-assisted decision support.
• Partner with architecture, IT, and platform owners to specify, build, test, deploy, and monitor automation solutions.
• Own process performance scorecards and lead kaizen events, improvement workshops, and corrective-action initiatives.
• Establish governance forums, prepare executive communications, and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical or quantitative discipline.
• 8 or more years of experience in business process management, operational excellence, or management consulting within a technology or complex enterprise environment.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle process improvement and automation initiatives from discovery through production operation.
• Expert proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, ITSM, PLM, and QMS platforms, including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Agile, and Arena.
• Proven operational results in manufacturing or supply chain, plus strong project management and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent expertise in statistical process control and structured problem solving.
• Experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, Appian, MuleSoft, or comparable automation platforms.
• Experience with AI/ML-augmented operations applications, hardware product development, NPI, global manufacturing, or contract manufacturing.
• Experience in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or CMMI-governed environments.
