Supply Chain Systems & Governance, Director (Nuclear Energy)

Location: Torrance, California, United States; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Salary: $225,000–$275,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the strategy, architecture, roadmap, governance, and integration of ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, and related supply chain systems.
• Establish data governance for item masters, bills of materials, supplier records, access controls, accuracy, integrity, and auditability.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to translate business needs into scalable systems and processes.
• Lead cross-functional implementations from requirements through deployment, including testing, releases, change management, and adoption.
• Build and lead a lean team responsible for supply chain tools, controls, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Identify systems and data risks and lead mitigation plans while maintaining business continuity.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience with supply chain systems, ERP/MRP implementation, and integration.
• At least 5 years of experience in people leadership.
• Hands-on expertise with ERP/MRP systems in highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience building and scaling supply chain systems and governance frameworks in regulated environments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and systems implementation experience.

• Nuclear industry experience.
• Experience leading PLM, ERP, and MRP implementation and integration.
• Startup or fast-growth company experience.
• CPIM or CPSM certification.
