Director, Supply Chain Operations (Nuclear)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States. The role includes 0–10% travel and requires consideration of U.S. Government export-control requirements for foreign nationals.

Salary: $216,695–$325,042 annually; the range is specific to Washington State.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain execution for critical nuclear components, modules, fuel, and balance-of-plant equipment.
• Manage supplier performance, on-time delivery tracking, and corrective action programs.
• Develop logistics, warehousing, and material-kitting strategies for modular construction sites.
• Manage supply chain systems, ERP integration, planning, and forecasting for long-lead nuclear items.
• Drive improvements in supplier-network cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Lead teams responsible for expediting, quality surveillance, and field material support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering; an advanced degree and supply chain certification are preferred.
• 15+ years of supply chain operations experience, including at least 5 years in nuclear, aerospace, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience managing complex, long-lead supply chains for major energy or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of nuclear quality standards, ASME NQA-1, and supply chain compliance.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing operational teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
