Senior PCB Layout Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Create complex, multi-layer PCB layouts for high-speed digital and high-power circuits.
• Own component placement, routing, constraints, and design release through manufacturing.
• Route DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, USB, and SerDes interfaces using controlled impedance, differential-pair tuning, length matching, and return-path management.
• Design high-current power paths, including VRMs, DC-DC converters, power planes, copper distribution, and via arrays.
• Create and manage schematic symbols, PCB footprints, 3D models, naming conventions, version control, and release processes.
• Generate manufacturing deliverables, support DFM/DFA reviews, and resolve layout or footprint issues during assembly, bring-up, and debug.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional PCB layout experience.
• Proven experience with high-speed digital and high-power PCB designs.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining PCB libraries for production hardware.
• Experience with PCB layout tools such as Siemens Xpedition, Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of high-speed routing, power-integrity layout, multi-layer stack-ups, and IPC-compliant land patterns.
• Diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• SI/PI simulation-informed layout experience.
• EMI/EMC-aware layout experience.
• Experience with HDI, fine-pitch BGAs, and advanced PCB technologies.
• Experience with AI accelerator or HPC hardware.
