Sr. Associate PCB Engineer (Taipei)

What you will do

• Own the complete PCB layout workflow from schematic ECO through manufacturing release.
• Maintain and improve PCB footprint and layout libraries.
• Execute component placement, routing, power distribution optimization, and PCB stack-up planning.
• Design complex multilayer PCBs ranging from 8 to more than 30 layers.
• Design HDI PCB structures using blind, buried, and microvias.
• Collaborate with PCB fabricators and cross-functional teams to resolve engineering queries and manufacturing issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of PCB layout experience in power, analog, or mixed-signal circuit designs.
• Proficiency with Cadence Allegro PCB Designer and experience with OrCAD Capture.
• Knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes, SI/PI, HDI design rules, DFM, DFA, and stack-up planning.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Server, 800V HVDC, low-loss materials, or multilayer PCB designs.
• Previous PCB layout experience in an electronics design company.
