Production Planner (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop and execute production schedules aligned with revenue targets and customer commitments.
• Monitor customer and supplier on-time delivery performance, cycle time, B2B transactions, and delinquency recovery.
• Manage subcontractor production order releases, backlog fulfillment, work-in-progress movement, and output performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Business Units, Sales, and Marketing on capacity planning, supplier performance, abnormal lot disposition, and dual-sourcing execution.
• Manage SAP production rescheduling, planning reviews, reason codes, and NPI activities including AER and PPR builds.
• Control raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory to meet targets and reduce excess and aging stock.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor planning and supply chain management.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and strong communication and coordination skills.
