TL;DR

Production Planner (Semiconductor): Developing and executing semiconductor production schedules while managing delivery performance, subcontractors, inventory, and SAP planning processes with an accent on customer commitments, supplier performance, and cost control. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting dual-sourcing and NPI builds, and reducing excess and aging inventory.

What you will do

Develop and execute production schedules aligned with revenue targets and customer commitments.
Monitor and improve customer and supplier on-time delivery, cycle time, raw material inventory, and EOQ execution.
Manage subcontractor production order releases, backlog fulfillment, work-in-progress movement, and output performance.
Conduct PPGI and BOP reviews, reschedule aging and past-due production in SAP, and maintain FSD/CRD reason codes.
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Business Units, Sales, and Marketing on dual-sourcing, capacity planning, abnormal lot disposition, and supplier performance.
Support NPI activities, including AER and PPR builds, while controlling raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in semiconductor planning and supply chain management.
Knowledge of SAP and strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
