Senior Product Portfolio Analyst (AI)

Location: Nunspeet, Gelderland, Netherlands; candidates can be located in the UK, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, or Sri Lanka. The role combines remote and in-office work.

What you will do

• Turn portfolio data, initiative context, and business signals into self-service insights and decision-support tools.
• Build predictive models and scenario analyses covering portfolio outcomes, trade-offs, opportunity costs, and sequencing.
• Develop recommendations for capital allocation and establish ROI and benefits-realisation tracking.
• Use AI-powered knowledge management and portfolio insights to support product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Analyse recurring organisational friction and translate ambiguous problems into repeatable processes, operating models, and scalable capabilities.
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents, automated workflows, data products, and enablement tools for the product management organisation.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, portfolio management, product management, or a closely related field.
• Strong grounding in product planning, roadmapping, prioritisation, or portfolio governance.
• Financial and commercial fluency, including portfolio scenario modelling, trade-offs, opportunity costs, ROI, and benefits realisation.
• Ability to turn complex prioritisation and sequencing questions into clear data, evidence, and options for product leaders.
• Practical experience using modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
• Ability to clarify ambiguous requirements, build stakeholder alignment, and enable teams through better tools and processes.

Nice to have

• Experience building or configuring AI agents, workflows, self-service tools, MCP-style integrations, Copilot solutions, or low-code agent platforms.
• Understanding of software development in an AI-assisted environment and ability to partner with engineering.
• Experience in enterprise software or B2B SaaS product organisations.
• Familiarity with portfolio management frameworks, data governance, anonymisation, or data-sharing agreements.
