Location: Hybrid in London, England (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Manage the product roadmap, capturing inputs and prioritizing the most impactful projects for the team.
• Define and frame complex problems through deep research and regular interaction with customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to envision and design future-state solutions.
• Scope solutions to their smallest coherent state to facilitate rapid shipping and iteration.
• Evaluate solution success using quantitative and qualitative measures through betas and full releases.
• Own product quality and motivate a team of smart professionals to deliver world-class software.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of shipping impactful products.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects and collaborations simultaneously.
• Strong track record of collaborating with design and a passion for the end-user experience.
• Ability to communicate product decisions clearly, manage stakeholders, and make decisions without consensus.
• Deep experience with qualitative customer insights and quantitative data, including A/B testing and user research.
• Must be based in London and available to work from the office at least three days per week.
