Product Manager Sr Lead, Insurance Risk Suite (Gen AI)

Location: London Office, United Kingdom; the normal place of work is the hirify.global office. International travel of up to 10% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead Gen AI capabilities for actuarial modelling within the Insurance Risk Suite.
• Work with product and development teams, technology partners, customers, sales, and consultancy teams.
• Identify customer needs and drive productivity improvements in actuarial modelling.
• Communicate new service offerings, pricing, and related services.
• Provide thought leadership through blogs, videos, conference presentations, and customer engagements.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills and the ability to code in Prophet across multiple libraries.
• Deep actuarial modelling knowledge and understanding of complex Insurance Risk Suite features.
• Knowledge of liability libraries and the Asset Liability Strategy library.
• Qualified or part-qualified actuary with strong knowledge of regulation and technical standards in at least one major market.
• Gen AI experience or a strong desire to develop expertise in this area.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills, including engagement up to board level.
