Senior Engineer, Maintenance Engineering (AI)

What you will do

• Manage HDD tooling automation across cleanroom production areas.
• Provide troubleshooting, containment actions, and long-term corrective solutions for tooling and fixture maintenance.
• Monitor Cpk, MTBF, MTTR, and other performance indicators and respond to abnormalities.
• Support product and technology transfers between manufacturing sites.
• Train and guide technicians and manufacturing personnel.
• Supervise the technical team and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, software, robotics, electronics, telecommunications, computer engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in tool or machine design, automation systems, software development, or PLC programming.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills required.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a foundation in AI, data analytics, automation systems, and data mining.
• Familiarity with Digital Twin concepts for equipment, process modeling, or manufacturing systems.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and create data-driven solutions for quality, cost, scrap rate, yield, and productivity.

Nice to have

• Experience with C/C++, Python, or related automation programming languages.
• Experience developing or deploying Digital Twin applications for predictive maintenance, process optimization, or virtual commissioning.
• Knowledge of data mining, feature engineering, statistical analysis, and manufacturing visualization tools.
• Advanced SolidWorks and ANSYS skills, including GD&T and tolerance analysis.
