Senior Engineer (New Product Development Reliability Engineer) (HDD)

Location: Onsite at the Korat facility in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand

What you will do

• Manage reliability testing across multiple product families.
• Coordinate reliability test plans with internal teams and ensure requirements and expectations are met.
• Execute regular reliability tests, monitor results, and prepare summaries.
• Apply end-to-end data analytics to identify and validate root causes.
• Support day-to-day issues, excursions, failure analysis, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with global partners and test laboratory experts while managing reliability lab budgets, equipment infrastructure, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Good command of English and Thai.
• Knowledge of quality and reliability statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the HDD industry.
• Experience in quality and reliability engineering.
