HP Product Engineer – Mechanical (Phetchaburi-Based)

What you will do

• Provide product and process engineering support for inkjet printer manufacturing operations.
• Support new product introduction through pilot builds, engineering builds, production ramp, manufacturing readiness, and issue closure.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and product issues with production, quality, engineering, R&D labs, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyse factory data, production observations, samples, and failure information for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive improvements in product quality, yield, cycle time, throughirify.globalut, manufacturing efficiency, and cost competitiveness.
• Validate engineering fixes, process changes, product design updates, and manufacturing improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or an equivalent field.
• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, process, product, quality, or factory engineering; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, product assembly, production troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a factory environment with production, quality, engineering, supplier, and cross-site teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D CAD software, statistical analysis, data visualization, programming, AI/ML tools, or automation.
• Interest in Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and data-driven problem solving.
• Potential to develop toward Black Belt capability.
