What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, machine repairs, and setup for automation equipment and tooling.
• Investigate front-line machine issues, identify root causes, and report findings for long-term action plans.
• Monitor machine KPIVs and KPOVs using data analysis tools to ensure quality standards.
• Initiate Kaizen projects and improvement ideas in collaboration with supervisors and engineers.
• Follow established maintenance procedures to ensure high-quantity production and delivery plan adherence.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and interest in automation technology.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
