Senior Test Engineer (SoC Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop high-volume manufacturing strategies for SoC products and optimize ATE and SLT test coverage, DPPM, test costs, and product data integration.
• Accelerate mass production through test program releases, lot disposition, test-time reduction, yield improvement, and RMA handling.
• Deploy and maintain HVM screening solutions with Test, Quality, Packaging, and Operations teams.
• Manage database integration for wafer sort, final test, and SLT, including binning, manufacturing flows, NPI material handling, and production release.
• Drive yield improvement, diagnostics, failure analysis, and foundry process optimization for high-quality SoCs.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in product engineering or test engineering.
• 1 year of experience managing and developing employees.
• Experience with DFT, at-speed transition delay faults, ATPG, MBIST, memory repair, diagnostics, and yield improvement.
• Experience with product engineering, supply-chain data analytics, diagnostics, HVM, and NPI.
• Experience evaluating customer returns with ATE and SLT, identifying coverage gaps, and developing structural and functional test patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with JMP, Exensio, or YieldExplorer for statistical analysis and yield management.
• Experience with skew lot definition, characterization, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Python experience for data analytics.
