ERP Technical Support Engineer (Infor CSI)

Location: United States — Remote; travel to hirify.global sites as needed.

Salary: $80,000–$136,000 per year, plus potential annual incentive and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP solutions for existing and new sites.
• Design solutions covering system and security configuration, reporting, DataViews, Data Lake, forms, document and label printing, scanning, integrations, data loads, synchronization, and business continuity.
• Provide primarily Tier 3 ERP support, troubleshoot complex issues, monitor solutions, and maintain data quality and integrity.
• Perform system updates and patching, create documentation and user guides, and deliver training.
• Collaborate with power users, functional leads, project managers, and technical support teams; provide estimates and status updates within service-level and quality goals.
• Automate work through scripting and contribute to continuous improvement and system optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a CSI/SyteLine Developer.
• Demonstrated experience with Infor CSI system administration, Infor OS, multi-tenant SaaS CSI, and SyteLine 10.
• Experience with CSI Mongoose, integrations, APIs, ION, forms, workflows, reporting, DataViews, Data Lake, IDOs, SQL, data warehouses, and environment cloning.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, ASP.NET/MVC, web services, web APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience delivering solutions through analysis, design, development or configuration, testing, structured deployment, and support; knowledge of Agile/Scrum and security protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical users.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI experience.
• Basic networking knowledge and ITIL process experience.
• Manufacturing and Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, CMMC, CUI, and similar information-control frameworks.
• Knowledge of UI/UX and responsive design for stationary and mobile devices.
