Senior Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Architect and oversee Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements to demonstrate product integration and value.
• Translate complex customer security objectives into actionable technical solutions and implementation strategies.
• Act as a senior technical advisor to build trust and address customer challenges.
• Partner with sales teams to drive deal progress and align technical solutions with business outcomes.
• Synthesize customer feedback to influence product roadmap and feature prioritization.
• Lead discussions on product design tradeoffs to balance scalability with enterprise requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Background in cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure.
• Deep technical knowledge of modern enterprise technology such as SSO, RBAC, cloud IAM, and data access governance.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional environments to influence product strategy and customer outcomes.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco.
