Salary: $81,000–$99,000 estimated base salary per year

What you will do

  • Install, maintain, service, upgrade, and retrofit clinical scanning instruments across US clinical sites.
  • Ensure instrument reliability, operational uptime, and minimal downtime for clinical teams.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Operations, and cross-functional teams in the United States and Europe.
  • Translate field performance insights into product, process, and service improvements.
  • Establish consistent documentation, reporting, and compliance standards for installations and service activities.
  • Support the expansion of field service capabilities as the US clinical footprint grows.

Requirements

  • Technical certification, an associate degree, or equivalent experience in engineering, biomedical, or a technical field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in field service engineering, technical support, instrumentation, or a similar role.
  • Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing technical equipment in operational environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams and geographies.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biomedical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
  • Experience with clinical, healthcare, diagnostic, or medical device technologies.
  • Exposure to regulated environments or quality and compliance standards.
  • Experience supporting distributed or multi-location service environments.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement methodologies.
