Field Service Technician I (Medical Devices)

Location: Fenton, Missouri, United States. Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, with on-call coverage up to 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $43,200–$59,400 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Move, inspect, load, unload, and deliver medical products at service centers, healthcare facilities, customer accounts, and private homes.
• Clean, disinfect, troubleshoot, evaluate, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on hirify.global and non-hirify.global products.
• Provide on-call delivery, removal, and service support, including customer account visits.
• Demonstrate product operation to hospital staff, caregivers, and other users.
• Use smartphones, tablets, and PCs to enter and retrieve service information.
• Operate company vehicles from cargo vans up to 26,000-pound trucks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT physical card.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds while following safety and ergonomic procedures.
• Ability to wear required PPE, complete safety and compliance training, and undergo required medical testing.
