Field Service Technician II - Lewiston, ME (Medical Devices)

Location: Lewiston, Maine, United States. The role includes customer account visits, on-call coverage up to 24/7 including weekends and holidays, and work in hospitals, service centers, and depots.

Salary: $46,400–$63,800 per year.

What you will do

• Clean, disinfect, inspect, and prepare rental and customer-owned medical products for patient use.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and malfunctioning components.
• Use appropriate tools to make equipment adjustments and repairs.
• Provide timely delivery, removal, and service support for products at service centers and customer accounts.
• Load, unload, and remove medical products weighing up to 1,680 pounds.
• Safely operate company vehicles ranging from cargo vans to 26,000-pound trucks and complete service-contract activities.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Visa sponsorship and transfer of existing sponsorship are not available.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work where biohazards may be present.

Nice to have

• Technical or trade school training.
• DOT physical card; assistance is provided.
