Operations Associate/Senior Associate (Digital Assets)

Location: Remote worldwide; mandatory working hours aligned with New York hours, between 14H00 and 10H00 UK time

What you will do

• Manage trade confirmations, settlements, and lifecycle events across multiple asset classes.
• Oversee wallet, custodian, and digital asset operational processes.
• Book and reconcile securities positions, cash balances, and P&L across internal systems.
• Investigate trade breaks, settlement issues, and discrepancies with counterparties and custodians.
• Support treasury, trading, audit, reporting, and operational control activities.
• Build and maintain workflows, internal tooling, automation processes, technical documentation, and user guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in a credit hedge fund or asset management company.
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and Python.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycles and settlement processes.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Availability during mandatory New York working hours, between 14H00 and 10H00 UK time.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital assets or the blockchain ecosystem.
• Proficiency in the Enfusion portfolio management system.
