Member of Trading Operations, Derivatives (Crypto)

Location: United States. The role is listed as remote, but all new hires must complete a mandatory in-person onboarding process.

What you will do

• Support the post-trade lifecycle for digital asset options, futures, structured products, OTC derivatives, and exchange-traded derivatives.
• Manage trade capture, confirmations, collateral, margining, settlement, lifecycle events, funds movements, and reconciliations.
• Reconcile positions, valuations, and P&L across internal ledgers and external platforms, resolving breaks end to end.
• Partner with trading, risk, legal, compliance, finance, clients, and counterparties to maintain institutional controls and procedures.
• Identify operational risks and build tooling, controls, reports, and automation to improve derivatives operations.
• Act as a subject matter expert, share knowledge, coach colleagues, and contribute to standards for digital asset derivatives workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting settlement activities for institutional clients across traditional and crypto assets.
• Deep understanding of OTC derivatives, ISDA documentation, exchange-traded derivatives, and crypto-native contract structures.
• Knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, tokens, protocols, custody, staking, governance, and related market infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills, agility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage operational complexity and emerging risks.
• Experience collaborating with traders, operations, compliance, legal, finance, executives, clients, and external counterparties.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience with crypto-native institutions.
• Experience building processes in early-stage startup environments.
