Analyst, Treasury-2 (Digital Assets)

Location: US - Foster City, CA; at least 3 days in the office required

Salary: $104,900–$163,000 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility

What you will do

• Run daily treasury operations across digital assets and traditional payments, including cash, liquidity, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Execute treasury activities across blockchains, custodians, wallets, banks, exchanges, and payment providers.
• Manage stablecoin operations such as minting, redemption, custody transfers, wallet funding, and exception handling.
• Own operational controls, audit readiness, issue resolution, runbooks, escalation frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Assess digital asset opportunities and risks, and prepare strategy memos, presentations, and business recommendations.
• Lead pilot execution from planning through launch while partnering with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree.
• Experience in treasury, payments, fintech, consulting, strategy, or operations with cross-functional project delivery.
• Knowledge of liquidity, cash management, settlement, reconciliation, foreign exchange, and working capital.
• Knowledge of stablecoins, custody, wallets, blockchain networks, transaction fees, and digital asset ecosystem participants.
• Experience with incident management, root-cause analysis, process improvement, operational controls, governance, audit readiness, and documentation.
• Strong data analysis, executive communication, stakeholder management, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
