Production Supervisor

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, USA; onsite attendance required with limited travel

What you will do

• Lead material production and distribution for hirify.global MaxDNA, hirify.global D3 DCS, and Flexbatch systems.
• Drive delivery performance, resource planning, capacity planning, and operational excellence across production, warehousing, logistics, and system testing.
• Manage customer deliveries to meet lead-time and promised-date requirements.
• Supervise daily production-line operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
• Develop the production team and promote quality, safety, and customer-focused practices.
• Implement and monitor quality, HSE, and trade-compliance standards.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Deep understanding of supply chain, distribution, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP software in manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Familiarity with Excel and Power BI.
• Effective written and verbal English communication; onsite work in Owings Mills is required.
