IT Data Engineer and System Admin (Databricks)

What you will do

• Participate in and co-lead system customization and development projects.
• Become the lead system administrator for one or two business systems and support end users.
• Translate business requirements from worldwide users into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and configure business systems, workflows, and data warehouse solutions.
• Manage vendor communications, external consultants, and collaboration with functional teams.
• Develop data processes, support multi-system integrations, and maintain the data warehouse.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on IT systems experience.
• Experience with at least two core IT systems, such as Databricks data warehouses, CRM, SCM, ERP, Boomi/EDI, or Oracle Cloud.
• Knowledge of data analytics, system integration, data warehousing, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with technical system ownership, vendor communication, and end-user support.
