What you will do

• Execute key risk and control processes to ensure compliance with non-financial regulatory reporting obligations.
• Develop subject matter expertise in major European regulations such as ESMA, EMEA Major Shareholder, and MiFID.
• Collaborate with Business, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to support reporting functions.
• Analyze complex system infrastructure to understand the impact of data flows and booking models on reporting quality.
• Utilize data analytical, automation, and AI-driven tools to detect anomalies and mitigate risks.
• Identify and implement process improvements to deliver best-in-class control frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Understanding of financial markets, the regulatory landscape, and associated risks.
• Proactive mindset toward process improvement and adoption of AI tools and automation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities within tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulatory reporting (ESMA, MiFID, London Takeover Panel).
• Working knowledge of trade lifecycles and financial products like equities and derivatives.
• Experience with Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Regulatory rule review and interpretation experience.
