Program Manager - Airports

What you will do

• Lead delivery of a major stream or related portfolio of airport projects.
• Manage cross-project planning, dependencies, integration, schedules, budgets, resources, and critical paths.
• Coordinate technical, operational, project, and vendor teams in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Own stream-level RAID management, change control, forecasting, and supplier performance.
• Assure quality, safety, security, compliance, readiness, transition, and go-live activities.
• Lead and develop project managers while managing client, operational, and vendor stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple related projects or a delivery stream to time, cost, and quality targets.
• Strong command of program and project management methods, including PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, agile, or hybrid approaches.
• Experience with cross-project planning, dependency management, budgeting, risk management, and delivery control.
• Ability to lead project managers and multidisciplinary, multivendor teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in aviation, airports, or comparable 24/7 critical-infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with airport programs, including terminal openings and ORAT/transition.
• Exposure to MSI delivery models.
• Program or project certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or SAFe.
